I’ve been training for 40 years and successfully training people for 28 of those 40 years. I have competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting at the amateur level for nearly 15 years. This experience gave me valuable knowledge as to what it takes to have the tools to achieve my goals mentally and physically as well as enjoy my journey.
These experiences have also given me great insight into how to train effectively, efficiently, and smartly. I specialize in bio-mechanical movement through strength training. This is achieved through free weights and select equipment.
My objective is to give my clients the tools needed to assist them in obtaining their personal goals and put them on a path to achieve them.
